May I ask......
Is this happening everywhere or in a partular place ?
Is this happening with all calls and both incoming and outgoing ?
Try a network connection reset in settings, general management, reset , reset network connection.
Also as a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to help rule out the sim card/ phone at issue.
