Some call features missing.

Using A40 from A20e , noticed no places down the bottom in dialer, not a huge deal but you'd think theyd all be the same, well the small features . Also Spam ID missing too! any reason why just curious?? My Version phone is 10.2.30.1  call version 10.1.11.29

Not all phones have the same features unfortunately @Boogienights 

It can also depend on the country of origin and also if the phone is branded i.e supplied by a network or unbranded i.e supplied directly by Samsung as the firmware can be slightly different.

oh ok thanks using UK firmware !..A40. Just assumed since A20e had it that would, i didn't use places anyhow but spam filter would be good
