What are you finding poor about the update @Jknox may I ask ?

I assume this is the Android 12 > Samsung One Ui 4 update.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

What have you carried out thus far to try and improve the running speeds in your phone ?

Here are some generic troubleshooting guides.

Https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your earphones to enter into recovery mode.
Https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ will help to highlight if an app or theme etc is potentially causing issues.
Very last resort back up and factory reset.

I have got the very same problem with my Samsyng Galaxy A52 5G!

It got so slow! Also it cannot anymore take the so much used and needed long screen shots!

And the calender it so slow and looks so plain!
