why wont snote work as it should.it wont open some files but will others.i carnt get  extension  pack.any help would be brilliant..

it could be down to the Permissions that are allowed for each applications files. the other reason could be down to the security of the app 👍

one other thing to check is the cloud accounts attached to the 'my files' application. if you have more than one cloud account, you need to make sure that you are signed in to all of them for the file access. 👍
