Just got a new samsung a12 mobile inplace of my old samsung s7. Problem is, a12 doesn't support samsung smartthings app. I have 4 samsung smart tags I can't use. Does anyone else know why? Thxs

Try downloading Smart Things from Galaxy Store, it has worked for many.
