Smart Case

Bought a smart case for my A52s but it doesn't seem to work (screen doesn't come on or off, no caller id in window etc). Most advice I've read online says to use Accessibility function in Settings but I've had no joy there either. Anyone got any advice?

Thanks for the comments xSteveuk, have figured it out and feel a tad stupid about it. I had a small metal plate between the phone and the case so I could attach it to the magnet on the dash. Took it out and Bob's your Uncle.
