Sim card 2

Sim card 2 is telling me action is required! I only have 1 sim card and sd card. Anyone know what's happened here? Picture attached in comments.

@AmberLouise Hi!

When running diagnostics in the Members app, it will test SIM Slots 1 & 2 if the phone has 2 slots. But if you only use 1 SIM slot, for example, slot 1 has a SIM. But slot 2 doesn't, this will report 'Action required' on SIM 2 since there is no SIM inserted to carry out the test.

This is being looked into and will be resolved in an up-and-coming update.

Have you got an SD card in the SD/SIM 2 slot inserted incorrectly.

It's a fault on there end said was going fix it but hasn't.
You don't need to worry there is most likely nothing wrong with your phone.
(It happens to me too.)

Yeah I've double checked the SD card and all is good.

Ahh that explains it then! I've double checked the SD card which is in the sim 2 slot and all is good. Thanks for the replies guys 🙂

Sorry I didn't realise until now that the diagnostics shows an issue if sim card 2 isn't used. Hopefully they will sort it in the members app with an update soon.
