Self isolation/ quarantine

One last post to anyone and everyone out there, no matter where you're from.

I hope you are all safe and as well as possible , be kind to others and let's try and help each other get through this, even if it's just a short message on social media , forums, chat, SMS, etc

Totally agree @GingerSteve 

We are in self isolation in the UK unless a person is a frontline or key worker.

Mental Health can also be strained in circumstances like these.

We are allowed to go out for essential food and one daily exercise per day.

The UK slogan is...

🌈  Stay home. Protect the NHS. Save lives.  🌈

Yes I'm from the UK too, from the East Midlands.
Social media and other electronic forms of contact have been a blessing, seeing as I don't want to risk seeing my friends on person.
Some are at higher risk due to poor immune systems and some are in Corona hotspots.

So my phone has never been quite so busy and pinging so much 😄

Definitely staying safe, if not for myself then others around me who are more at risk, not having a routine is messing with my sleep pattern though 🙂 jigsaws and heavy metal are being well used at the moment.

Stay safe everyone in these tough times,approaching the Easter Weekend but it is important to continue self isolating  even it may be  more challenging in warmer weather (which some areas are experiencing) .  If you have a garden should be fine to spend some time there  as long as you do not invite anyone outwith your household. Keeping in touch via technology certainly helps.

Great to see that everyone is staying pro-active on the latest WHO advice, its also fantastic being in a viritual on-line community to keep us active and supporting each other!! Take care all
