SECURE FOLDER IS MISSING FOR NEW DEVICES

- Samsung Secure folder is misisng on the settiings of my device ( Samsung Galaxy A13 ) 

- contacted samsung suport and just gpt a confirmation that secure folder is missing from settings and samsung is full aware already and was working for an update that will be release shortly.

The A series phones do not have secure folder as far as I'm aware.

Samsung technical have confirmed should be on there but say it's a software issue? Waiting for updates

Hello, did you get any update for secure folder ? and what about the A13 ? is it good phone ?

Still no update, getting use to the phone though but preferred my older Samsung

Me too, I don't even want to use the a13 might stick with my a6 which has a secure folder!

My A6 does ,but it isn't on the A13

The A13 is a good phone.

The only problem I noticed is that the battery does not last long like other samsung devices, and not to mention it doesn't have the secure folder.

I have the same issue on my A14, support team couldn't help and there was no suggestion of any known issues awaiting updates.
