Screen recording on Galaxy A41

Why is there no option for built-in screen recording on the Galaxy A41, despite it being a native feature in Android 11? I've looked in the notification menu and the button menu and the developer options but haven't found anything.

@Dudeguygamer: If the feature is available on the Galaxy A41 then it should be visible in the Quick Panel by swiping from the top of screen to the bottom twice to enlarge it. Check all available pages by swiping left, or tap the 3 dots in the top right > Edit buttons, to see if it can be dragged into play from the 'Available Buttons' section at the top of the screen.
