Does this happen at a particular time of day @ritmorgado2020 or does this happen intermittently ?
If at a particular time then look in your settings for any relevant blue files setting or eye comfort shield setting by pulling down your notifications shade and look at the toggles.

If the above isn't revenant and having a play with your display settings such as the vivid settings etc then I'd suggest to let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre take a look.
