Hi everyone new here although had my device for about 2.5 years now. Every time I put in the model of my handset in a network providers search engine they can never find this model yet its all over Google. Also I can't get the device to recognise my phone number under the settings it just says "unknown number" like WTF !?!?

@Anonymous User: If you head to Settings > About phone, you can refer to the model number referenced here, as this should be correct. If you have the Galaxy A11, then the model number should be SM-A115F/DS. If your number is showing as 'Unknown' in Settings > About phone, then please be assured that this is the result of a SIM card read error, but it will not affect your network capabilities in any way. If it is of concern, please reach out to your network provider directly to request a SIM swap.
