Samsung no longer replying.

Since did update yesterday noticed samsung not answering any questions send them.?

Is just me they ignoring or are offers also like this. 

Sorry ask what may be redundant questions just wondering. 

But before used mainly get a reply.

probably it might take them a while to reply to it, or maybe it didnt reach them and you should resend another

Ahh again samsung updated and now no longer replying to me.

Hey @CodyH! What contact method are you using? I know both Error Reports and Ask A Question received a large number of contacts this week, so there may be an increase in response time through these channels. 🙂

Ahh, that will be why it is taking a little longer to get back to you than usual. Both Ask A Question and Error Reports have been extra busy this past week.
