Samsung Music app

I have a new A71.  The Samsung Music app is the latest version - 16.2.23.14.

On the first start up, it scans the whole memory and spits out all the music that there is.

But what if I want to use only certain folders.  There does not seem to be a way to select what folders you want the app to scan.

Am I doing something wrong?

I use poweamp as my music player. you can choose the file that has your music in it ... jet audio will also give the same results
