Samsung Mobile SMS "find my phone"

Is it possible to still "find my Phone", lock my phone, etc. by sending an sms from another phone? It is a very useful feature when using someone else's phone when there is no internet connectivity or the person has no data. If so, where can I find the commands?

I don't think it's possible to do that, it's probably a security risk
