My Samsung galaxy A40 started displaying no network connection every now and then but over time gradually increased until the no network connection was always displayed and when I sent it back for repair it was sent back to me in exactly the same condition with a letter saying that it could not be fixed by their technicians(so they did try)so was not covered by warranty thereby breaching contract to supply phone they sent me a sim so I will pay for the service on a phone I had to buy but not the phone so who's in the right I strongly suspect the answer obviously
