Samsung Galaxy A71 Speaker Problem

As soon as I receive a call , my media speaker volume becomes inaudible even though the volume is maximum. If I restart my phone, then it goes back to normal but a loop will continue. Can you guys suggest a permanent solution for the same ?

Hi, flash your phone once, if the problem is not solved, change the speaker

i just purchased brand new A71 Samsung phone,im facing same problem, when call comes or someone call me ,speaker volume unaudiabe ,again i have to restart the phone ,this is irritating, kindly guide me.

i think there is a bug in their software that they need to fix!

My A71 had the same issue that occurred just 3 weeks after I got it. I took it into the local warranty service centre and they had to replace the whole front half of the phone.

my phone is brand new and also face this problem. especially when you have an important call n the caller cant hear you and vice versa 😕
