Phone App does not generate recognizable DTMF codes during calls, rendering the phone useless to interact with URA services, such as credit cards, phone operators, etc.

There is no such option on phone settings for this model. Also, there is no "DTMF Tone" option for short or long.

Only sound settings option related to dialing keypad is "Sound" and "Vibration" for Dialing Keypad. Tried both "on" and "off" without any success. It seems a software bug in the PHONE app. If I reboot the phone and call immediately after, SOMETIMES the DTMF tone works.

I've seen this post too, but let's face it: turning the phone off and on and hope for the DTMF to work is not an "acceptable solution". Samsung should dig into this bug and fix it for all phone models, as it is most likely related to the PHONE app.

Tested Google Phone and Facetocall, but same problem: no DTMF tones during call. A simple search for DTMF on the community shows this problem is chronic on several Samsung models without any real action from Samsung support. Next phone will be from another maker.

@MPH: Can you try opening the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Call Alerts & Ringtones > Play Sound For Keypad Taps (On), to see if this helps?
