However a date   for the device it is not currently on the schedule list as can be seen from  @DarkScouser2002's link   and will not be anytime soon.

I updated my samsung a71 with one ui 5 android 13 in Netherlands. But I found a bug where microphone is not working properly for whatsApp or Duo calls. Normal calls are OK. Hence, it seems a BUGGY update.  Person on the other side cannot hear me properly.
