Samsung Galaxy A71 camera issues.

Hello brought this phone a week ago and the camera is worser than the A70,

Firstly the selfie camera is taking photos with a bluish tint, my skin colour is Brown its making me look white with that bluish tint. 

Also a little same with the main 64mp main shooter.

Are Samsung deliberately making the camera firmare of lesser quality so they don't come close to there premium models.

Those cameras on the A71 are capable of alot more quality.

I have also noticed in certain lighting photos have strong blue light, surely a software update is needed?

Yeah, sometimes its in blue, sometimes orangey. What is the problem with samsung cameras, just 3 days in use.

we have the issue of the auto white balance not working properly and when using the flash indoors get a yellowish tint on our photos. we found that in motion picture, if you go back a frame you get the correct photo. I have also tested in pro mode and taken the same photo with AWB on and off and took the correct photo with setting the white balance manually.
