Samsung Galaxy A70 - OTG Camera Problem

Hi there, wonder if anyone can help?

I work for a company where we have multiple field engineers using Samsung A70s.  I've had a few phones sent back to me where the OTG Endoscope Camera we use is not working.

It connects, but they just get a blank screen or extremely laggy image.

The camera and app we use work fine on other A70s, Note 8 and and A6, so its definitely something to do with the phone. We use an official samsung OTG adaptor (USB A to C)

Just can't figure out why it works on one A70 but not another (they both have the latest android updates and are all no more that 3 months old). Can't see any obvious dirt or damage in the usb charging port either.

So if anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it!
