Samsung Galaxy A70 Camera blurry

Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy A70, recently I noticed my phone camera takes blurry pics and make blurry videos.

Its works fine both pic and video mode if its on 0.5x zoom mode, as soon I zoom in more like 1.0x or above the camera blurs and it keeps on focusing on trying to set the frame. Its auto focus feature is struggling however its blurry.

How do I fix this?

Hi, it sounds like the lighting is inadequate. Zoom lenses do not in as much light.

I am attaching 2 pics, one with 0.5X Zoom and another one with 1.0X Zoom (blurry one)

As soon I zoom in while taking a pic or making videos, camera tries to autofocus but it doesnt succeed.

Tried clearing cache and data for this?

Settings - Apps - Camera - Storage- Clear cache/Data

Thank you for your reply.

I have tried this already and the result is same.

I have also tried testing in Safe mode and its doesn't fix this issue.

I also checked on the back of the camera lens if there are any scratches , but everything looks good.

Any other suggestions you may have, please suggest
