Oh thank you, it really helped! AND maybe you know why sometimes my screen blinks while I'm using my phone? I gave it for warranty repair, they did something but that doesn't help at all..

@LazLor

Depending on how long you've owned the phone you maybe in a cooling off period to have it swapped out.

I'm assuming you had a Samsung Service Centre take a look at your phone ?

I have this phone just two weeks. Like I mentioned before my husband gave it for warranty repair but that didn' helped. The phone blinks but not  so often. He now contact the samsung service center and now I'm just waiting for their answer. Just thought maybe someone had the same problem and now what to do😕

In the UK Samsung give 28 days as a cooling off period to be able to return a phone for any reason if the phone was purchased directly from them.

Most other outlets in the UK also have a cooling off period too.

We also have the Consumer-Rights-Act 2015 that protects the consumer too.

You shouldn't be having to put up with / accept a repair on a phone that's only been owned for 2 weeks @LazLor
