Samsung Galaxy A51 has many issues not a happy to have this mobile

Weak Battery Life

Having big time issues with one way call issues - while talking phone gets cut off and again have to restart most of the time to work. Sometimes even other people cannot hear as well, like one way call.

While opening google chrome to browse the phone crashes 

Poor bluetooth connectivity - hardly connects to car, disconnects most of the times and does not  at all connect to smart watch .

Screen some times have touch issues

With all above issues, I am thinking I should not bought this phone ever and never.

Some of this could be attributed to your network masts @Rammy or your sim card could be at issue.

Do these issues happen everywhere or in one place  ?

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and another sim card in your phone.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic test. 

Or if you have a cooling off period take it back and swap it.

The same SIM in my other Oppo phone works fine with out any issues. I do have cooling off period and send return request to my retailer. Thanks
