Samsung Galaxy A50 is not charging with its default charger

After last update came out (October 1, 2020), my phone has been malfunctioning with the charger... The issue doesn't come out of it because I tested in another phone and it worked... My phone doesn't charge with any chargers. It does work though, only by connecting through the computer. I desperately need another update patch soon please.

Please check the charging port with a torch for any build up of lint / debris etc.

If wireless chargging is available on your model of phone please try that.

Try clearing your phone's system files cache files by turning the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's system files and clear the cache files. No info is lost this way.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look.
