Hello.
I have a fairly new, under 1 year old Samsung Galaxy A50.
The phone has worked normally up until the newest android update.
Now the camera doesn't work when I try to use the scenery option.
Here is a photo of that:
I have cleared cache and restarted my phone multiple times, but it doesn't help.
Any advice? I use the scenery option a lot and it is really annoying.
Here is a picture of the option I mean (I don't really know what it's called):
I really hope there is a fix, I need that option really bad.

Hey! Can you start the phone in Safe Mode to see if the Camera app still crashes? This will disable all third party applications temporarily, to see if they are the root cause of the issues you’re having. To do this turn your phone off, then back on, and when you spot the Samsung logo on the screen, press and hold the Volume Down button until you see displayed ‘Safe Mode’. If the issue disappears in Safe Mode, you’ll need to disable the third party apps one by one until you find the culprit.

Yes, it still crashes in safe mode too. Right after the first photo taken.

You can solve.
1. Open Settings.
2. Go to app manager.
3. Search app "Camera".
4. Clear cache and data.
5. Update App.
