Samsung galaxy a5 2017 phone signal low all the time with sim working fine in other phone

My samsung galaxy a5 2017 has low phone signal all the time and only when I call someone it says it's got high signal but the same sim card works fine in my other phone. Can somebody please help me fix this problem

sure! Do you have any other SIM cards that you can try on the phone? Have you recently made any changes to it (downloaded any new software or app)?

Would you be able to run the following test and let us know the results? Launch Samsung Members> Get help> Interactive checks> SIM card.
