Galaxy A SeriesI got the A21s in December, and I hadn't realised the difference in colours until I picked up my old J3 2017 again and saw how vibrant it was.
I have attached a picture of the two phones side by side, A21s on the left and J3 2017 on the right, both showing the same screenshot of the colour previews on the colour correction screen of Android 11. I have tried to make the colours as close to reality as I can. Colour correction is not on on either phone.
I recently found a Samsung webpage which helps you troubleshoot problems, but none of the suggestions worked and after even performing a master reset, the site told me to get the screen repaired. The question I would like to ask is if I were to get the screen replaced, would this problem be fixed? And can you get a different type of screen during the replacement?
Thanks,
James
