Hello, I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy A20s.I've had a great time with it, until I wanted to put a theme on it.I was listening to Samsung Music, until I found a cool gold theme.I downloaded it, then I aplied it on my phone.The next thing I see is a black screen, then crashed.I've tried to open the phone again, but again crashed.I've chose the option with the Clear App Data or something, and the next thing I know, I am back at opening the phone like the first time and opening it in the Safe Mode.The theme wasn't applied, so the phone was working.But I needed to reset it.I did that, but I lost a lot of contacts and data on apps like What's App.
