Samsung Galaxy A10 in call “extra volume”

I recently upgraded from my Samsung J7 to the Galaxy A10. 

The device does not have the option of “extra call volume” that I crucially depend on. I was able to select the option on my J7 when in call but now, it is not there and nothing in the settings to be able to activate it. 

I contcated samsung chat, they have said to post here to be able to have it recognised so that Samsung can include this well needed option in their next update.  (As they have told me that the A10 does not have this option built in)

I hope this can be the possible help to be able to get this done. Please Samsung. Thank you.

This was on my Note 9 but seems not to be on my Note 10+ @Jeanettle 

I would also suggest to send your feedback via the Samsung Members App  / Samsung + App as it'll then go directly to the departments that can act on it.

I have also upgraded to the A10 and have impaired hearing and urgently need this facility otherwise i have wasted my money
