No it should reach 100% @ianboy

Are you using an original Samsung cable and charging brick ?

Can you try another one.

Using a torch check the charging port is free of debris.

Sometimes when my phone is on a Samsung Wireless charging pad it can stop at a certain % occasionally until I pick up the phone and replace it on the pad. This happens only sometimes.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

This could be any number of reasons.
Can I ask, do you get your normal usage time or is this also reduced?

Firstly consider what it could be;
1; Charger Cable and Plug - try using official Samsung chargers and leads.
2; Usage while Charging - this can cause it to not charge correctly.
3; Background Apps draining power and preventing battery full charge.
4; Software Issue - check you have up to date software, or reinstall it by doing a factory reset. (I think Samsung Switch via PC/Laptop allows you to Repair the Software).
5; Battery Issue - speak with Samsung for a possible replacement of the battery or contact your local Samsung repair centre (or a local phone repair shop but a Samsung approved one is highly recommended)

Check what Samsung has on their website in regards to this via link below.
