@Amanda-Louise: Please can you try heading to Settings > Apps > Select the relevant app > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data. This should remove all personal data from the app, allowing you to start with a clean slate. Alternatively, head to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Reset App Preferences. Please be aware however that this will remove your personal settings from all applications, so make a note of any relevant app sign in details before proceeding.
