samsung account password reset

my girlfriend has a samsung a50 she forgot her Samsung account password requested the a e mail to reset and it came through in arabic she brought the phone yesterday in America so dont understand why how can we rectify this

The password is a security feature to protect the account @essexyid 

Was the phone imported ?

Can you translate the email using Google Translate  ?

Your going to need to use the reset options via using a laptop or tablet to log into your Samsung Account that way. i.e not the phone.

And or contact the Samsung Support Department of your country.

No the phone was purchased in a shop in Maine America.

I will tell her to try logging in via a laptop
