Hi there! I have a screenshot issue problem. The screenshot image gets blurry and not clear. Same goes to when everytime I posting picture on ig story. Just bought this phone few weeks ago. Can someone fix this problem? 😣

I already chat with their web team/customer service and got few steps of troubleshooting. And thankfully, it is all good now. They will ask the software of your phone and will give you solution accordingly.
