Helo, i have triend new charging flex new battery but device is not charging. Any solution please?

the phone charges at 25W (super fast) and 15W (fast)

may we know the charging power of the flex?

if no Watts, just multiply the V and A values on flex description

Volts x Amps = Watts

Hi @luQman94 

You mention “ new  battery ” in your post.

As the battery is a non removable option who replaced it for you.

They may have caused internal issues.

Also try looking in the charging port using a torch to ensure there is no build up of debris.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look as long as the battery replacement was carried out by an authorised engineer or the warranty could be voided.
