Samsung A71 Did't Get Updates

I was using an samsung A71, Since Last Two Months Didn't Get any software Update, My Last Update was Aug 2021 Security Patch Only. Lot of delay happen on samsung a71

It's December. And I still didn't get any security update since august, 1st

Open the Members App again on your phone and tap on the Get Help icon at the bottom of the screen. You need to take this up with Samsung as clearly there's something awry with your A71. It's either got an IMEI that isn't being recognised or it's a grey import so isn't being offered updates for the region you are using it in.
