Kia Ceed 2019 Android Auto worked fine with Samsung A5 (2016) (Android 7), changed handset to Samsung A71 (Android 10) connect with Samsung usb cable Kia head unit disconnects with message unable to connect phone. Bluetooth connected for hands free calls and phone charges, but USB tethering switching off in settings despite set in phone's developer options to stay connected when plugged in!
