Samsung A71 3:4 (32MP) Selfie camera freeze in processing

 About 5 months ago I bought a Samsung A71, and everything worked well.
The last update, if there was one, and I didn't even notice it, made the selfie, ie the front camera, stop responding when processing photos at a ratio of 3: 4 (32MP).

If there is a software solution, or something I can do to try to fix this, please let me know.
If there is no solution, I will send this trash phone back, I don't need an 8MP front camera.

Cleared camera cache.

Restarted phone.

Even after selfie is processed, after 5 to 10 minutes,  application will hang, or continue working with REDISH mode, camera is red, every photo I take is red.

PS I like how in "fixes" you said to try to use cameras like Open Camera or HD Camera, hahaha, amazing, just amazing.
Who falls on these tricks of yours is really dumb, those cameras can't reach 32MP.

Hi, aphelios.
No, mate, I never found solution.
This happens when there are too many pixels, and in case it freeze, I open last pic, than click backwards, and it works this way (Except sometimes, when it makes this redish color.).
I think its A71s lense problem, just many people do not find it out, as they don't know to use 32mpx 3:4, hehe.
