Hi had this phone for a few days now, updated latest software. Since then the phone keeps restarting, going in safe mode. I have done the power of then holding the power button & volume button, cleared the cache, & rebooted phone. This lasts about 15mins. Then the message comes on, phone restarting again  any ideas. Thanks ian

I'd this was my phone I'd back up and factory reset.

 

If that didn't help then check any cooling off period to have the phone replaced or if over any cooling off period timescale seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre @Blindhorse
