Same problem .. i think its a hardware issue .. ive bought that mobile phone 2-3 months ago and sadly thats my worst exprience .. screen got a burn on it .. my usb port going crazy and consuming battery like hell ..
Happened to me on build ask6 as well (security patch november 2019) now battery drains much faster then before (September 2019 patch) and there is no way to rollback)
Have you tried vol down+power for 10 seconds? Also, do you use the fingerprint scanner?

AND FOR THE PEOPLE WHO THINKS IT'S MOANING, WELL I HOPE YOU EXPERIENCED THE IMPOSSIBILITY TO PUT YOUR PHONE IN YOUR POCKET OR BAG, BECAUSE YOU ARE SCARED IT WILL ACCIDENTLY STARTS OR CALLS.
I just went to samsung service Paris opera and according to the technician who has already seen this kind of problem it would be a motherboard problem to replace. He flashed my phone but the problem was still present ... so I left my phone for them to do the repairs and I get it back tomorrow. I will inform you. I remain however convinced that the problem is software but we will see, we are VERY NUMEROUS to face this type of problem and not only in France.
