Hi all,
I am a dedicated Samsung user for most of the products in my home and have never complained or had issues before... I have not updated to a new phone for a long time.. my old one being Samsung 6 Edge Plus (Amazing Phone BTW)
Anyways.. I don't have the budget for any of the higher end phones so bought a A 70 🤬 whilst watching Neflix or YouTube its pixalated when the movie is showing a night scene etc.. if I watch the same movie on my mums J7 or my old 6+ it's fine.. I've been back to the shop.. the fiddled with some display options but it's still the same.. ,🤔🤔 my son who is 18 said it's terrible and has also tried many things to help.. you know teenagers are so tech savvy..
Can anybody advise what I can do? The phone is less than 24hoyrs old and I'm really regretting buying it.. ,

Some phones will handle Media better than others @JOLOBE
If the shop and your son cannot improve the viewing experience then maybe look at returning it under any applicable cooling off period and buy a different model and or save up for a higher end phone.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
