Samsung A70 front camera is blurry - selfie camera is fine (I have reset the camera settings, pics still blurry)

My samsung a70 front cam is blurry - the selfie cam is fine

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to resolve this problem? I was using my phone in the rain, could this have caused the problem?

Hi @beemanbenefer, it's difficult to say the rain is the cause without an inspection. Have you tried the hardware test? Dial *#0*# on your phone > Select Mega Cam.

Then take a picture and check if it's still blurry.

It was moisture my friend. The back panels on the A70 are poor quality, glued on and easily let moisture in. is there any way this design flaw can be overcome?

It would need to be inspected by an engineer, as they'll be able to check if it's caused by a design flaw or manufacture defect. Have you had it inspected by one of our authorised engineers?
