Galaxy A SeriesGood Day
I have a 2018 Samsung A7 the rear wide camera shows out of focus. This happened just after i updated my phone to Android9. I've tried everything wiping cache resetting camera even test the setting by dialing *#0*# and it's only the rear wide camera that's faulty and showing blurry the other two cameras are working fine. Please me with resolving this issue

Galaxy A SeriesHello
Please try below:
1. delete camera app data, Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear data
2. restart phone, if persists,
3. backup your files:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/getting-started/smart-switch/
or
https://findmymobile.samsung.com/
4. clear phone cache: turn off phone > hold volume up and the power keys at the same time for 10 secs> release hold when you see a logo > volume down to select "clear cache partition" > press power key to confirm > select reboot system now; if persists
5. do the factory data reset: remove your Google and Samsung Account then proceed with reset // Settings > Gen. Mgmt > Reset Factory data reset
Thanks ☺
