Hello,
my Samsung A6 has a rebooting problem
(after using some months)
Phone is bought without subscription in the Netherlands.
Samsung fixed it within 48 hours.
so very good service (think they replaced mainboard)
only now I'm in Asia, and it asks for network unlock code, so I can't use it.
As I understand the EU region lock is back, and did not check before going to Asia.
please Samsung help me fix this issue

Finally I was in contact with Samsung NL
Now the need te bill of this phone (as I will take that to my holiday)
thsn requesting the code will take 14 days!!!!
