Hello,
my Samsung A6 has a rebooting problem
(after using some months)
Phone is bought without subscription in the Netherlands.
Samsung fixed it within 48 hours.
so very good service (think they replaced mainboard)
only now I'm in Asia, and it asks for network unlock code, so I can't use it.
As I understand the EU region lock is back, and did not check before going to Asia.
please Samsung help me fix this issue

It should have been removed using the phone ( as phone ) for 5 min somewhere in europe. Did you do that ( after the repair ) ? Anyway, if it doesn't work and you can't use it in europe, you'll have to contact samsung support via service center or telephone hotline or chat or remote support, they can give you an unlock code.

They can’t help me because the phone is from the Netherlands.
The Netherlands has no chat
You can use the remote service with the samsung support in the netherlands :
https://www.samsung.com/nl/support/remoteservice/
You'll have to install the Samsung Smart Tutor App.
