I've just got my new phone today Samsung A53

How do i receive an make calls?? Need help please

Hi, you use either the Google or Samsung phone app that should be in your apps list

@Pru: You'll need to insert a nano-SIM into your Galaxy A53 first of all, so you're able to connect to your chosen network. Then, as per the advise above, look for a green phone icon on your Home Screen, tap on it, then select the Keypad tab at the bottom of the screen to access the dialler. For incoming calls, swipe the phone symbol that appears on screen to the right to answer, and tap the red phone symbol to end the call. If you'd like further clarification, then please follow the link below and select 'Android OS version 11.0'.

Also I have a new sim an its saying SIM1 Not Provisioned
I've taken it out an put it back in
Does that mean anything?

You nwed to get a New SIM because there is a faulty with that and try buying another sim to check if it works. It could be because it needs a new one as its not clean or the device cannot read the SIM. So id suggest to buy another one.
