Since September 2024 update, phone will not connect to network, tried sim in different phone and it works fine, I can get mobile signal, use mobile data and make calls on the mobile network put sim back in original phone and no mobile signal showing and cannot connect to network. Why is this all was working fine before update, been searching the net but can't find any help, tried allsortd here, even a master reset on phone and still no different

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
At this stage I'd suggest to send feedback to Samsung via your Samsung Members App.
A Samsung Service Centre maybe able to help if one is local to you or a Samsung Experience Store.
