I recently face an issue with my A52 Samsung, I don't know the reason why, it suddenly stops working not on a particular app, not on the home screen sometimes, and then a few seconds shutdowns, by itself, and sometime when its connected to the charger it clashes while the screen is OFF, and restart again not like connected on the charger.
I did do a reset from the setting Factory, and unfortunately, it does not work, I only notice that if an application is running in the background it will not turn off, like I opened the Samsung music and let him turn on the background for hours and did lags no shutdown, only like if there is nothing running suddenly goes off, Please your expert advice.
