Hi, I just bought A52 recently and had a problem with samsung software update. Software update would not run over wifi only work if phone data was turn on. It was very annoying after spending $500+.
Any suggestions?

@Hw125 : I'm a little bit confused, as in the screenshot the update is downloading, and you're connected to a Wi-Fi network. If you're connected to Wi-Fi, and are able to access web based apps and services without issue, then try tapping the Recent Apps button, and closing down any active apps while the update is in progress. If the issue persists, try connecting to an alternate Wi-Fi network, such as a friend or family members, to ensure that the problem doesn't rest with your current connection.
