Samsung A52 ear speaker not working

Updates: during calls suddenly my contacts cannot hear me. Only happens via Telephone, works OK on Whatsapp.

Hello, I'm facing an issue with my brand new Samsung A52. Suddenly the ear speaker stopped working and when I would pick up a call I couldn't hear the other person speaking unless I would put in on speaker. 

I restarted the phone and now seems to work but I'm afraid that this might be a problem in the future. Has anyone already experienced this?

@ionana: If the issue was resolved with a restart then you may have been experiencing a temporary software or network problem. To test the in-call speaker, head to the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Speaker, and follow the on screen instructions. If it returns an error then please reach out to our Help Desk via the link below, and an advisor will be able to look into this further for you and arrange any necessary repairs.
